1 . What is your menu? 
Our menu consist of a variety of healthy meals with gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian & vegan options that change from time to time. You can view the latest one at our order page.

2 .  It's my first time, how do I place an order? 
We only accept orders online.
If you have a special need, request or want to place a large group order,
email us at eat@thenakedlunchbox.co with the details.
Else, follow the steps below. 

-   Head to our order page here.
-   Select which date you would like your items to be delivered.
-   Select your preferred time slot and click 'Continue Shopping'.
-   Add items to your cart.
-   Click 'Checkout'.
-   Enter a promo code (if any) or click 'Proceed'.
-   Enter your details and select a payment method.
-   Accept terms & conditions and submit the order.

After the submission of order, your order will be at the 'PENDING' status.
Your order will not be processed until you have received the 'CONFIRM' email.
You will know this once you have received a confirmation email for your pending order.

3. Is your food halal? 
All ingredients used are from certified halal suppliers.
We are in the process of applying for an official halal certification. 

4. Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to all parts of Petaling Jaya.
We also deliver to limited parts of KL City Centre, KL and Selangor.
To find out, just head to our order page and key-in your address.
Our system would be able to inform you if you are within the coverage area.

[ 5 ] Do you do large or catering orders?
Yes we do! Email us at eat@thenakedlunchbox.co to make a booking or to place an order.
Large orders must be placed at least 3 days before to avoid disappointment.

[ 6 ] Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
No we don’t. All payment is via Online Bank Transfers, Over-the-Counter Bank Transfers, iPay88 & PayPal. Read more about our payment information here.

[ 7 ] Can I pick up my meals?
Self pick up is not allowed. All meals will be delivered to you. Hassle free.

[ 8 ] Can I order now?
You can place an order any time at our website as it is open 24/7 for orders.
However, the delivery dates and timing slots differ depending on the date and time of order.
Placing your order a day before would most likely guarantee the confirmation of your order. Sometimes, last minute orders are rejected due to our fully booked delivery slots.

Delivery slots:
12am - 1:30pm (Last order 10am)
5 - 6:30pm (Last order 3:30pm)

Avoid placing your order at the last minute to avoid disappointment.
